Grohe Concealed toilet flush repair

GROHE concealed toilet repair - the toilet doesn't flush and it seems like the cistern is not filling-in. The toilet we are talking about can be identified by filling valve position. It is inside the cistern on a left or right position clipped in with a grey plastic clip. To get access to the inside of the cistern remove the flush button cover by pulling it gently upwards. If there is no water in the cistern then touch the filling valve and see if it star filling. If it starts filling after you have touched it then the problem is in your filling valve. Check that the flush valve in the middle has a blue float box on the opposite side from your valve. If not then isolate the water supply to the cistern on the right or left and side inside the cistern there is a isolation valve . You will need a screwdriver to shut it off. Then disconnect the hose and pull the flush valve. Reassemble it so a blue box is on the opposite side from the filling valve. If it doesn't help then replace the filling valve and the grey bracket.

Filling Valve: The part number for replacement is 37095 000 and you can order it from here.
